Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Bring a jacket as it might be cooler once the balloon reaches its maximum height, especially at night.

It is recommended to avoid wearing heels.
What's not allowed

Big bags will not be permitted onboard. However, backpacks and purses will be allowed.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
Accessibility

The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.

The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.

There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women over 3 months, individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, those who've had major surgery in the last 6 months, or those with height phobia.

All passengers will need to sign the declaration at the venue that he/she doesn’t have any of the health problems mentioned above.
